Great amenities with a pool and parking. Fabulous location - can walk into the cute town of Winooski or Burlington
Excellent location. Buildings and outside property are well-maintained. There were some serious problems when a drug dealer lived here; but he's gone now and most of those issues have been resolved. Crime here is comparable to any other part of Burlington. Biggest problems are car break-ins and stolen packages. Overall it's a quiet, convenient place to live with very nice neighbors.
Had packages stolen from inside one of the locked buildings, plus cars have been broken into (2 in one week). What’s going on??
