Had packages stolen from inside one of the locked buildings, plus cars have been broken into (2 in one week). What’s going on??
It’s a quiet community with a pool and nine individual buildings. My husband and I moved up here from Miami a year ago and we are enjoying the friendly neighbors. The road noise from Riverside avenue is our main complaint, but it takes some getting used to. A short walk to UVM and not far from downtown. There has been some theft in the area but that’s everywhere in the city.
I've heard from many people that UNFORTUNATELY River watch condos are not a safe place to live , from what I understand they have even went as far as to have had to hire an off duty burlington police officer to patrol the area.... if it's that unsafe , I sure would think twice... 🤔🤔🤔
