Do not go this office. They've changed the medical name on this address 3 times. I had knee surgery here. I have stage 4 arthertis and they removed meniscus. Now the name changed
Dawn and Tom are both excellent. Dawn explained what muscle or groups an exercise was targeting. That was very important to me. It allowed me to think of the specific area while doing the exercises. She adapted her instructions to my specific needs. I am a visual learner so she showed me how, and gave me written instructions to aid me at home.
