Dawn and Tom are both excellent. Dawn explained what muscle or groups an exercise was targeting. That was very important to me. It allowed me to think of the specific area while doing the exercises. She adapted her instructions to my specific needs. I am a visual learner so she showed me how, and gave me written instructions to aid me at home. I'm so disappointed by the entire office with the exception of the front desk and the tech that came in to my room to triage. They were kind and helpful. Speaking to a woman in Billing to see about my insurance was a nightmare; She was so rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I was not allowed to ask questions and then told me it was not her "job to go back and forth with me". The appointment itself was less than 5 mins and the Dr. was helpful until he was made aware that I couldn't afford an MRI out of pocket - then he h... read more
