Chris at concierge was incredible! Friendly and accommodating - he provided truly great service and offered a warm welcome to the resort. The rooms are very spacious and the pools and hot tubs were up to par. Only thing that needs to be improved upon is the rooms on the newer wing of the building calling for hot water faster. It took several minutes each time we tried to shower or use the hand sink to get hot water.
Wonderful vacation, beautiful rooms, heated pool, excellent bar and grilled on property... can't wait to return next year!
I love coming here all the time I feel so welcomed now by the people at the front desk that knows us from being there before and especially love that when I walk into rythme that the server Douglas and bartender Josh knows my family that they are very talkative and fun to be around and talk with!! Definitely will be back!! Also love that the bigger pool is now heated and not cold anymore
Its a great place to get away to! Love the gym and the pool!
