My mom was there until January 11th 2021 when she passed away. Never did we get any calls from any doctor or nurse updating us as to what was going on with her or even how she was doing. We couldn't even visit because of covid. When we got there after she had passed away and picked up her stuff there was things missing including her cell phone which she was on my phone plan. This is a beautiful place. It has a nice variety of restaurants and a cool 20 minute boat tour.
I had a difficult knee replacement and needed extended rehabilitation. I was a pain in the butt when I got there. The staff was very understanding and comforting. When I left I was sad to leave. The care I got was so much better than I expected. Paul Barnett.
