My dad was here in 2017 so hopefully this place has changed. There were black ants crawling around on the floor in his room. Staff was nonchalant about it. Nothing was done. Food was unrecognizable. I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Male night nurse, Dan, told me he lost a patient…the patient did not die. The patient left the facility, unbeknownst to him.
