Horrible experience having my family member stay here for 30 days. RN (male) changed sterile dressing without using sterile technique and when family questioned RN ignored family. Another RN (Sonya) placed betadine on resident's skin with Iodine allergy (anaphylactic) and did not wipe off when family requested. Dr. Sahay didn't call family when he said he would, my family member is now hospitalized in ICU/stepdown bc doctor failed to monitor meds and labs. Majority of staff did not use proper PPE for contact precaution rooms... read more
