The owners should be fired. The manager got fired last fall and we've watched this place go down hill since. The owners need to be removed from the equation for this place to be successful. They like their pic on the wall but wow!!!
The location is great, and the restaurant was nice overall. However, the TV in our room was broken, and there was no one at the front desk after we checked in. There was an after-hours number posted, which we didn’t call and that part was on us. But for a higher-end hotel that is not inexpensive, I would figure the room would have been checked, especially since our reservation was made several hours in advance. Great Experience! Nice staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub! Will be coming again!
This place is awesome.It has a spa , it's clean and it's a beautiful setting.
My husband and I went to the restaurant inside the Riverwalk Place. The place was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Their food choices were great and we both enjoyed our food. My husband had roast beef and I had the spicy chicken appetizer.
