Such a beautiful place. A DBL room was $175 not bad considering the amount of time and money it takes to maintain and develop such a beautiful place. Beautifully landscaped. Just gorgeous. And anyone lucky enough to have a wedding here is truly blessed. They didn't have anymore openings due to a wedding. But we'd have happily stayed here all wknd
The food was good. The location is meh, in the middle of growing Gladwin, the usual up north no city or village planning that puts any business anywhere, and the whole downtown ends up looking like visual garbage. The spa is far from fantastic. Its nice, but we booked and wanted classic massages, not the pricier ones. Switching and upgrading services without telling clients is unprofessional. Everyone here is so helpful and accommodating. We come ever year and love it. The food is outstanding and adore the gift shop.
