dr munoz is great and is the only reason why i still go.. my appointments are often messed up, i can’t never get someone on the phone, the reception do not have great customer service skills, and the cussing was interesting.. i get it we all do it but when there are patients in the room is crazy to me

Tillie and Ana have been with Dr Munoz office for a long time! I have know Tillie for over 20 years! That’s how long I have been going here! They are amazing nurses and super caring! The whole office is! I love coming here to see how they are doing as well! Dr Munoz is awesome and his staff goes above and beyond for you and your care!! I recommend them whole heartily!! They will not disappoint you!
I drove an hour away to been seen by Dr Arya, and just like all her reviews say, she is wonderful. I only wish I'd gotten to be seen by her for my whole pregnancy instead of just the end. The staff in the office were nice and accommodating during scheduling, and everyone I had contact with today was kind. Great experience.
The doctors and medical professionals here are great, understanding, formal, and professional. From day one the front desk and billing are a mess. HIPAA training seems nonexistent if I can hear patient information from where I sit in the waiting room loud and clear. They will lie about your records and make it your problem to cover their own faults. Make sure you document everything if you are seen at this office.
