My fault for not reading the reviews FIRST Before booking an appointment. This place overbooks to be covered for no shows. Appointments are irrelevant because they call you in 30 after your appointment time to ask you the same questions you already answered through the online portal. Then she tells you all the rooms ARE FULL so go back to the waiting room and keep waiting. 1 hour after the appointment time I’m still in the waiting room.

Dr. Chavarria is by far the best GYNO I have ever experienced. She exudes kindness, genuine care and ensures that you are well taken care of. I felt completely safe with her and trusted her knowledge. To top it off, her medical assistant showed the same kindness and always friendly personality. The ultrasound tech was also patient and gentle. All of the women were so comforting and I truly appreciate them for making me no longer fear dr appts. I look forward to them now.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Arya for years, and I absolutely love this place! Every experience has been wonderful. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake, they always make it right, just be patient, they want to make it right. Dr. Arya is incredible, and her staff is just as amazing. Thank you all for being so awesome! I would recommend Dr. Arya to anyone.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this OB/GYN office. They initially told me a certain price for my visit, but a week later I was hit with a much larger bill. When I called to resolve it, Gina in the billing department was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She actually admitted that the office had messed up on their part, but instead of taking accountability, she blamed the office and told me I still had to pay the inflated bill. Dr. Amanda Chavarria was amazing! Staff was very friendly and kind and I was not in the waiting room for long at all maybe 10 minutes or less. Everyone was so kind and very efficient. They got me an appointment so quick compared to other offices that could not see me until November/December and beyond I would be half way done with pregnancy. I called and had an appointment the very next morning! I am not sure how it's spelled if it's Sheryl or Cheryl but she is a receptionist and was the one who helped me with my appointment... read more
