Dr. Ariya is great. I wish she would move to another practice. I unfortunately moved from this practice. I was going here for over 20 years with her and Dr. Williams. The front office staff was very unprofessional to me and to many other customers. I tried a couple of times to look past it, but I couldn’t. By the time you get to the back your bp is high from the nonsense you deal with in the front. Please provide your front desk staff professional development on how to treat your patients.
The MD I had last night was extremely rude and made it seem like I had no choice and was wanting me to stay the night and retake all the test that I took that were all with good results already. All the nurses I had said all my labs and test that they took looked great and normal and baby was healthy. Then the MD comes in making it seem like baby isn't gonna make it. That's isn't okay. Tried speaking with security director and he was stand offish and rude immediately. Then as I'm walking away he and and group of doctors and nurses proceeded to all joke and laugh at me. Top quality professionalism. All I had was a simple question. No need to treat me like shit. Immediately starting a conversation off with "I don't even know who you are" is a terrible way to treat someone and talk to someone. Why would that matter? I just want to thank Amina for providing great care to my family member while they were hospitalized on 3East. It was a very difficult time for my family. She was exceptionally competent, kind and compassionate. There was a lot of uncertainty. She communicated well with my family member and made every effort to manage the pain and condition in conjunction with the doctor's orders.
