This place is HORRIBLE. They will schedule you and not tell you anything that’s going on and reschedule you whenever they like and then when you get a schedule, they basically just waste your time and tell you that you need to have another appointment or exactly what you were supposed to come in for that day. We have had our time wasted almost every appointment we have been to. This place is completely ruined our experience of being first-time parents. From Dr. Chavarria to Toni (the surgery scheduler) and everyone in between, I really appreciate this office. Dr. Chavarria did an amazing job with my surgery (the surgery and recovery were like a cake walk compared to the pain and suffering that a fibroid was causing me), and Toni was amazing dealing with behind the scenes. I can't thank them enough
This was my first pregnancy appointment and time with Dr Chavarria and I just felt like she was super quick and didn’t really take the time with me like she needed to. I come from Dr. Munoz, and he spent time explaining every little thing and building healthcare plans for me and was just excellent. He has been seeing me for about 7 years and knows my complete medical history. Completely different experience with Dr. Chavarria. I love this OBGYN especially DR Munoz he is a very sweet caring person and his nurse Anna is a very sweet person too. Everyone there is awesome. I’ve never had problems with them or anything.
I really like the doctors and the staff are so kind but the way everything is run, you need to be ready for. Always plan to wait at least 45 minutes no matter what. Communication is also not always the best. The docs I’ve seen are great but weigh out whether or not it’s worth it for you.
