When I was calling around looking for an OB for my pregnancy, I called quite a few places and decided to not go with other ones just because of how the receptionists spoke to me. Extremely long wait, appointment was 2:30 and was not seen by doctor until 4:00. No updates provided. I had to ask about status and kept being told that the doctor wosee us soon.

Doctor is great. The staff is awful there is a distinct lack of enthusiasm or timeliness. Our typical wait time past the start time of the appointment is 30-45 minutes. We have already decided we will not be using this office in the future unless there’s some office management changes because we truly love the doctor. There is a posted sign that says if you have waited longer than 15 minutes to let the staff know. I typically tell them at the 15 and the 30 minute mark, the response is we’re aware, it does nothing.

Terrible service. Extremely uneducated front desk staff. If you're a TRICARE beneficiary, stay away. They don't know how to properly order things to the appropriate channels. It's been two months and my wife still can get birth control. Front desk continues to argue even after Tricare verification of care
