I was on musical hold for 20 minutes and was hung up on TWICE. That’s 40 minutes of my life wasted. I’m not calling back a third time. Plenty of other doctors in the area to choose from.
This is not a good place to go if you are pregnant or for OBGYN appointments. They are very disorganized. They will not update your lab work for months. Even if you have an abnormal lab, they do not call. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of the office and communication with the doctors outside of appointments. The office is simply not run well at all and they completely lack monitoring your care. Been stressed out between lack of insurance & lack of care... Finally get coverage & happened to find this office that assigned me to 1 Dr she wasn't there ...... so I got a different Dr & she was nice I guess but started giving out all these extra tests that have only made my anxiety WORSE. Like now I'm having nightmares about having cancer but they laugh about it like it's not a big deal. Now I'm being told I have to somehow come up with hundreds of extra dollars so this Dr has an out of network assistant. I have left mess... read more
Everyone was super nice my 1st time visiting. Made me feel a lot better about my pregnancy.
This place deserves negative stars. I wish that was an option. I’m only putting 1 star because google requires it. I went to my appointment 3 weeks ago as a (New Patient) and got an exam done then was called 2 days later for them to say something happened in the lab and I needed to come back in for another appointment to redo my exam.I had to pay an additional $40.00 co-pay because….I really don’t know why.
