This is a great place to live. So much green grass and trees!!! I never thought I would see this much green in Albuquerque. I love my apartment and I think I got a good price. Staff is very nice. I hope to be here a while.
incompetent; do not trust the model apartments – I moved in a month ago. My air conditioner has gone out 5 times. The manager is nice, but incapable of getting things done correctly. And NALS, the property management company, ignores my pleas for help. The appliances are OLD and rusted, and they just paint over the rust. You have to pay for the gym (which they didn't tell me), and the hot tub hasn't worked for most of the time I've been here. Maintenance is slow to reply.
