I've tried getting in touch with the billing department (in regards to a letter saying I had a bill due) every day for two weeks back in January 2025 and they never called me back. I got another bill in September 2025 for services done in November 2024 and tried calling the office again and the same thing happened - someone answered (who doesn't even work IN the office) and said the office will call me back...two days later and I still never received a call back. David was awesome hygienist ! Update: This company is not as great as they seem. They got us in the door the first year. Saw my kids two weeks ago and then out of nowhere cancelled my upcoming appointment and didn’t even call to reschedule. Just sent me a text and email it was cancelled. This place doesn’t truly value your business. YOU are just a transaction. Seek better care elsewhere. They are never on time. Always 30 mins to an hour late. Billing is off. I received a surprise bill almost 4 months after my appointment, where I initially paid over $700, and supposedly insurance paid over $400. I just wanted to find out my total balance, so I called the office and I was told that the billing department would call me back. After not hearing from them, I called billing department and was told that they couldn't answer the question and that the office would be able to tell me, but they were already closed, which was weird at 3pm on a Wednesday. I had taken my sensory sensitive son in for a routine checkup and came out very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Both Mayra and the doctor were caring, and explained everything making us calm and feeling comfortable. Not everyone can handle someone with his needs, but she was so patient with him.
