My 67-year-old mother-in-law paid a very high price for a procedure on April 29, and as of May 6, she still has not received the promised service. She is an elderly person who is now suffering due to this facility's irresponsibility. Their only explanation is that the lab has not completed it's work, yet they have not provide any timeline for a resolution. This is deeply disrespectful- especially toward a vulnerable senior. I strongly advise against going to this dental clinic; it's one of the worst in San Antonio.

My 67-year-old mother underwent a procedure on April 29 at this facility. She was charged a very high fee and promised a service that, as of May 6,still not been delivered. Since the procedure, my mother has been unable to eat properly, which is affecting her health. The only explanation is that " the lab has not completed the work ", with no effort to provide a solution in the meantime. Took almost two hours to see the dentist and all for it to be 5 mins long. Felt pointless for a pediatric appointment.

We had a wonderful experience at the dental office from the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The location is convenient, and the office is clean, comfortable and well organized. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt ease during the visit.
