Sam and the staff at Riverwalk Dental & Orthodontics were very professional and courteous. They made me feel relaxed during the x-ray’s and when on the chair with the dentist, including during the explanation of my treatment plan. I was very comfortable and I will be referring my family to this dental office. Thank you!!

first off the front desk lady, belinda is awesome!!! she greeted me, welcomed me in with a big smile. the doctor explains himself over and over, kinda to ‘sell’ what he’s recommending, he’s a bit pushy. they want me to make a decision right then and there, i felt very pressured. the little girl assistant walked out of my room with gloves on then returned with the same pair on?? cross contamination ?? lastly, the bigger mexican girl with curly hair (believe she was manager) wasn’t that pleasant either, when i checked out she ... read more

Great, patient, and friendly service from the doctor, the dental techs, and staff! While I waited, my insurance was taking time to process. Rather than leaving me wondering what was taking so long, the staff would regularly check in and inform me. I went for a cleaning, and it was painless! The whole procedure, the doctor and dental assistant were kind and ask how I was doing at various points. I felt welcomed and cared for by everyone. Highly recommend them!
