I can't believe I'm reviewing this place again. I deleted the first review (one-star), choosing to give Riverwalk the benefit of the doubt after I received a call from one of their representatives trying to smooth things over with me. In retrospect, I should have left the first review. This dentistry is the worst I have ever seen over my 70-year lifetime. I have played the game with them.
