Dr. Fred was the most gentle dentist I've ever had! And Maria was an awesome dental tech I was fully cared for.
Regrettably, i must give this Institution a low rating. A mistake on their part, their panicked attempts at cover up, lies, rerouting my payments, mysterious insurance coding to collect " unspecified services" , poor communication, and Nancy from the administration not returning the calls she promised to and then sending further communication efforts on my part straight to voice mail; has made the case for this rating. I wish I simply could have settle this in a civil manner instead.
Took my son in for a cleaning. Mayra was friendly and made him feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
Wouldn't recommend them. Office manager doesn't understand booking or. I never was refunded my overdraft payment.
Walking into the office, I was immediately greeted. I have to say, Never have I ever had any receptionist take the time to help me switch my children’s dentist over the Ms Ty did, she was absolutely brilliant, she helped me with all four of children. She was so patient and got me all the paperwork I needed. The rest of the staff was even kind hearted, Ms April was the main person who worked with all my children, along with Kayla and Maria.
