Potential tenants BEWARE. They are rude and incompetent and have a revolving staff who never lasts more than a month. They are scamming people to get in here with the "no deposit" fee of $29 which gives them $500 a year to keep instead of returning it to you. If your rent isn't paid on the 1st they will aggressively pursue you in court. Their lawyer is the most rude and belligerent lawyer I have ever come across. Apartments over priced along with out of dated appliances. They charge a fee to the new tenants to clean the apartment lol. Front office is very unprofessional and will say anything. They do not follow dog restrictions at all and do not enforce clean ups. My neighbors have 2 pit bulls that constantly bark and walk unleashed I’ve complained several times to the front office.
