Lauren at the front desk is the best. She has a sense of humor. Puts up with others complaints , and with the doctor being really behind, there were plenty. She handles herself like the professional she is. Good going Lauen. you made the waiting tolerable.
Great experience from checking in, nurse preping was excellent, Dr. Robinson (the anesthesiologist) put me to sleep like my high school history teacher, or nurses were outstanding and Doc Gastluchi was the man of the hour.
My Mom had a great experience today. Her check in nurse Mia was so understanding and answered all of her concerns. The anesthetist nurse and her operating room nurses were funny and calming. They use a great app for family and caregivers to be notified real time of check in, surgery and recovery. They also have a great Witch Doctor statue in the front that is unique and fun to take a photo with.
