No long wait, surgical procedures were performed in a timely manne as scheduled.
Had my husband over yesterday and had the absolute best surgical center experience one could hope to have. The woman at the check-in desk (12:30 pm on Friday, 6/26) was so friendly, helpful and patient. The brilliance of streaming ThePetCollective 24/7 in the waiting area was pure joy. Just had a procedure done at this Ambulatory Surgery Center and it was wonderful. The staff is professional, first rate, kind, warm, and enjoyable to be around. They were attentive before the procedure, understanding and helpful during the procedure, and compassionate after. I especially appreciated Theresa, Carolyn, Melissa and Liyah. Parking and access to the facility is super easy, and I’d go here again if needed - thanks!!!
I brought a friend in for surgery today. I am VERY impressed. The receptionist, Lauren, is extraordinary!! I have been here for over an hour, and she has treated everyone that walked thru the door like they were the most important person in the world. EXCEPTIONAL! She IS the first face everyone sees, and she IS the finest I have ever seen in the hundreds of medical offices I have been in. EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you, Lauren. The Riverwalk Ambulatory Surgery Center in Manatee County deserves an A+ rating from me. The facility was clean, quiet and very well attended to by staff. The staff were top notch, pleasant, engaging, thorough and committed to good quality care. I can see why my Sarasota doctor chooses this facility for surgical procedures. The operating and recovery rooms were peaceful and the staff made sure I was comfortable and recovering as per protocol. From check-in to check-out everything ran smoothly. Thank you all!
