My Mom had a great experience today. Her check in nurse Mia was so understanding and answered all of her concerns. The anesthetist nurse and her operating room nurses were funny and calming. They use a great app for family and caregivers to be notified real time of check in, surgery and recovery. They also have a great Witch Doctor statue in the front that is unique and fun to take a photo with.
This is a fantastic facility. From the outstanding doctors, Dr Tiesi and Dr Ycaza and the wonderful caring nurses, Mia and Hector to Elaine at the front desk, everyone has been so kind and caring. Everyone’s patience and professionalism has been greatly appreciated. Thank you!
