We had such a positive experience at Riverwalk. The reception area staff, the nurses and the doctors were so kind and caring. Surgery is never fun, but this was a very positive experience.
This surgery center is great! Lauren at the front desk is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was very patient and kind to every single person that walked through the doors, including myself! All of the nurses were very kind as well during my stay!

Your kindness started even before he arrived when you answered all his questions (thank you Brittany] and helped him feel confident. The day of the procedure every single person, starting at the front desk, was upbeat, positive, caring and skilled.. He got wonderful care, everything was fully explained before and after. Riverwalk is an exceptional place and so is everyone who works there.
