River Walk is a beautiful property close to campus and dining with stunning mountain views that is nestled alongside the Tuckaseegee River. With plenty of amenities on their gorgeous well maintained grounds, any student would be happy to call this place home. Well done Josh and Piper for managing this place so well, and constantly making improvements, and thanks to all the staff that makes this possible!
Absolutely atrocious response time. Never answer in a timely manner and getting them on the phone is impossible. Charged me over $1000 in damage fees and want it immediately as if any college student has that money on hand when I’m already moving somewhere else!!! Disgustingly greedy and will never recommend to someone EVER
I would sincerely leave 0 stars if I could. I moved into Riverwalk for my Junior year in 2023. The first year was fine with minimal issues. Within the past year is where the nightmares start. The appliances are severely out of date and cheap. I have had my fridge and microwave handles break as well as our inlet valve on our washing machine. Maintenance did fix these in a timely manner but the inconvenience is still frustrating.
