Of the apartments I’ve been in near WCU this was the best so far! Would stay if they had 1 bedroom options. Easy to get a lease and no hassle of signing 8,000 pages like other places. Always felt safe in the complex, normal amount of noise, but unbeatable views. Maintenance was quick and nice, plus the office staff was always friendly and helpful, especially when the occasional package would not come through on the digital system. lived here for two years, and my biggest regret was renewing.
Spent the last 3 years of my undergrad living here and wouldn’t change a second of it!!! The most scenic, quiet, and relaxing complex in Cullowhee. So thankful for wonderful management as well!
I strongly recommend River Walk. My son has lived there for the past year and has had an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable knowing my son is in a safe place.
Towing someone for the most minor infraction, while having barely any visitor parking and having it be difficult to get a resident parking pass, then charging an excessive fee is a crime in North Carolina and yet this apartment complex is fully complacent in it. Everyone speeds through the complex and if you drive considerately you get accosted. The dog park is in utter disrepair. Weird guys who record you. At least the pool, gym and volleyball park are fun
