While our individual unit was in acceptable conditions, in my limited time here the management (Scion Group) does not care for the individual residents. Guest parking is extremely limited for how many open spots there are even when resident parking is 'packed'. Riverwalk apartments chooses to do business with Swain collision, an immoral and illegal business. I have stayed here for almost 3 months so far, no complaints.
Living at river walk is relaxing and management is a good job at making sure the towing company doesn’t poach the lot. Plus maintenance does an amazing job at making sure everything is working smoothly and that the area looks nice.
