Wes and Tuan have been absolutely amazing to work with over the years. I have a fleet of about 60 Tacomas and Corollas. They are always fast, professional, and incredibly fair. I cannot say enough good things about Wes at Berge Toyota. He used to be my service advisor, and when he left, I had a really tough time with the quality of service. I’ve been a customer of Berge Toyota for years, but the experience has steadily declined to the point where I can no longer recommend them. The pricing practices are what finally pushed me to write this review. I was recently quoted nearly $500 for a replacement key fob—something I was able to get elsewhere for $390 out the door. They do not honor their service appointments and keep you waiting all day. I've had a bad experience with recalls where they kept my car all day and didn't even have the parts. This time there was a recall on my car and I call them the day before to make sure that they were going to have the parts that they would need to perform the job, and that I was waiting for the car. First off before you go in and panic and worry if you have any problems with your vehicle check and see if you have #Warranty don’t give the guys at Burch Toyota heck.
