I give this service ZERO start(but Google maps allows at least one star). couple days ago, I called to schedule a service and confirmed over the phone my appointment on Saturday July/25/26 at 12:30pm. When I stepped in, the service man said that there was no appointment at all, after multiple arguments, he finally found. I addressed my car issues to him including the Android Auto (wireless connection), left mirror, and the hatch. he said that I have to leave my car until Monday then I agreed with that. Mike went above and beyond to help get the tire repair for my GR86. So kind, helpful and I really appreciate him.
I came in for a routine maintenance service and was informed that my vehicle had a few open recalls. Michael Garcia did an excellent job explaining each recall, why it was important, and what the service team would be doing to address the issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer my questions, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the clear communication and great customer service. Highly recommend!
Love my experience here with Berge Service. Josh L is my go to guy. Always on top of it, gets me scheduled quickly, and never pushes any additional service add-ons. Just recommendations and if I don't want it, he leaves it at that. I typically service my vehicles on my own but with the service and convenience here, its a no brainer not to keep bringing my car back for service.
Wes and Tuan have been absolutely amazing to work with over the years. I have a fleet of about 60 Tacomas and Corollas. They are always fast, professional, and incredibly fair. They take the time to explain everything clearly, keep you informed throughout the process, and make sure the work is done right the first time.
