First off before you go in and panic and worry if you have any problems with your vehicle check and see if you have #Warranty don’t give the guys at Burch Toyota heck. Second off, thank you Joe Ramirez , Bob and your team in the service department for helping me and My Wife get our taco back on the road.
1.5 hours for basic oil change. Scheduled my first maintenance appointment for Wednesday 9:30am told it’d be 45 minutes at most… took til 11:09am I’m understanding overall but when time is essential and you schedule maintenance there should be a bit more professional service. I think Toyota can do better especially in a world in which customer service is so bad these days.
