Great customer service from Josh Lewis, my appointment was quick and he was very friendly. I came for the happy hour oil change.
I brought my 2019 RAV4 to Berge Toyota for routine maintenance. They performed the maintenance and informed me that the transmission was due for a fluid change as well. They finished the service and I headed home. I didn’t even make it a mile before the transmission started slipping and the vehicle wouldn’t move. $200 just to plug in a code reader? No. GFY.
Yes I bought my 2025 tacoma from another dealer in the valley because they had the model i was looking for on the lot. But I never thought that would be a problem to get warranty work done at a Toyota dealership close to my house? I had some small stuff come up 12volt plug not working, a message on the screen pop up doors not locking with the fob outside the vehicle. Things that I would think were basic issues.
