Unfortunately, my experience with the loaner/rental vehicle department supervisor or manager was very disappointing. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with this Toyota dealership. Andre Harris is a horrible service manager. He’s given me tons of misinformation and screwed me over on a repair that should have been covered under warranty. I brought the car in for the issue while it was still under factory warranty and the dealership misdiagnosed the problem and couldn’t figure out what was wrong until after the factory warranty expired, so then they wanted to charge me over $3,000 for my rear view mirror camera, which they originally... read more
