Purchasing a vehicle from Berge Toyota was really a good experience. The only improvement would be the follow up that we were told we would receive about the progress. They have zero control over the vehicle once it is shipped. However, a follow-up test would be good after four weeks to let a customer know that they understand they are excited about a big purchase in their life. I would still recommend Berge Toyota as a place to purchase a car.

Test drove a Tacoma and talked some numbers this afternoon. Wasn't planning on buying a vehicle until a later date until numbers were more favorable for myself. The staff was nice and helped me out but I was not impressed by the knowledge of the salesmen. He could not answer questions about the truck. He was only able to read off a window sticker.
Shawn was awesome in my experience buying a truck. Always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Reily was also amazing in helping close the deal. They made my truck customized to my dream truck. Glad to have them on my team and will work with them again in the future.
I bought an extended warranty from Toyota for a used vehicle. Ford. with the warranty promise, it would be covered for any repairs needed at berge or ford. Ford did not honor the original toyota warranty. I got the run a round.
