Friendly and helpful
We applied to this place June 4th. It took over a month to have an answer. Not to mention they held a $500 deposit that was REQUIRED in order to even apply plus the NON refundable $39 per adult application fee. They have TERRIBLE communication skills. They do not care at ALL about the tentant. We are supposed to move in next week and had to all BUT BEG to get a "welcome letter" that they claimed to have sent. We have been renting for 7 years now. Finding out that when a person writes up a repair request it takes a long long time to get any answer/repair. A request about washer area leaking and took over a month to get a answer. This is to be a No Smoking grounds for ones living here and visitors. You can see persons smoking. Manager is only in office 2 xs aweek.
