The name change has NOT helped improve the image of this apartment. Even with the AC running full blast, it is like living on the sun. Windows are so loose when the wind blows they rattle like dry bones and let a draft in enough to blow out a candle. Don't walk barefoot in the hallway, someone in my building urinates there regularly. The smell of garlic seems to waft thu most of the buildings. Quite possible to cover up the smell of roaches.
