It’s a nice apartment fully renovated and furnished, very bright and spacious.
Quiet and safe. Managed quite well. My daughter Loves living here.
I used to live here. Quiet building with nice amenities. Really nice location to go for an evening stroll, but still reasonably accessible by bus as it's close-ish to 109th st. Nice and friendly management, and residents. Apartment qualities can vary as they are condos with different owners -- but overall the building management is responsive and reachable to tenants.
As one resident said, resident manager very difficult to deal with. People are not treated equally. I was banned from playing my instrument, while many people in the building, including my neighbour, are playing theirs. This is the farthest thing from a quiet building that there is. In the spring, people renovate. They can use that hammer drill to drill through the cement for 3-4 months at times.
