Worked for this company for 4 years. It was the start of my Healthcare career and I loved it to begin with!! Fast forward to new management and a few other changes and it all went downhill. I was having panic attacks just getting ready to go to my shift. When I first started back in 2019 I was working A LOT. Picking up constantly to the point I would be working 100+ hours a pay period. Heavily understaffed and lacking proper equipment. HR and management will message you any and all hours of the day while not paying you to be on call with them but demand responses or they throw attitudes (these attitudes they throw will affect your hours). extremely unprofessional HR who has a power trip and isn't willing to learn or adapt.
