A piece of heaven in a small town. Alan is a great owner and takes care of his residents and property. Im a current temp resident and so far the neighbors are very welcoming and not shady, they look out for one another.
Used to be mobile home lots. After the flood the State decided to really change the flood zone maps. See, the Front Range eliminated almost all the flood mitigation zones for the Thompson and South Platte rivers. So now its goofed up to indicate the State wants rights to pop the flood gates and wreck up as much as they'd like. So if you are in Colorado and it starts raining hard, doesnt stop, and the news says things are wet in the mountains - get up and get going. Hoped to stay a night but things happened, they quickly and nicely canceled our reservation and promptly refunded per their policy. Thanks and we hope to stay in the future.
Don't actually know anything about this place. I went there to buy a truck from someone who lives there.
