My visit to RRMC was very good. I expected a long wait. Every one was very nice and efficient and I was in and out really fast. Thank You to each one that helped me today.
Staff caring and professional.
I was I to a room pretty quickly and the nursing staff was kind and periodically checking on me. The doctor stopped by multiple times as well. Much better than all the other emergency rooms I have been too.
Another good experience at Riverview Regional. Everything from triage, X-rays, and discharge was done in a timely manner. My RN, X-ray tech, and CRNP, were all great and addressed all my concerns openly and were very transparent.
I had an emergency visit to the ER this morning, a holiday. This was the best visit to a hospital I think I have ever had. Great care, great staff and this was their holiday too. Thank you for the care and kind attention to my needs.
