Doctor Voss and his Team at Riverview Hospital’s ER are simply EXCEPTIONAL! Their knowledge, professionalism, kindness, experience, attention to detail and thoroughness is unequaled. I don’t recommend going to any ER but if you are in Gadsden, and you need an ER, Riverview is at the top of their game! Doctor Voss is truly exceptional!
ER staff was extremely professional and took excellent care of me while I was there
The care I received from everyone was outstanding. I came limping in with extreme leg and back pain, and the lady at the front desk ran off and got me a wheelchair. Before I had even finished signing my paperwork, I was being called back. Triage nurse was very nice and quick. The waiting time once in a room wasn't bad, I was offered pain medication before my CT scan to make it more comfortable.
