Absolutely disgusting how we were treated. I met a family member there, who had sliced open her finger. Front desk woman was extremely rude, and interrupted me TWICE. I had to find my aunt myself, with barely any help. Dr Charles Ford was EXTREMELY rude, and dismissive of my aunt's injury. He did NOT treat her with any kindness, and instead constantly belittled her for coming in for something he had deemed "small". So last Tuesday I went into the ER. I had been throwing up for 24 hours straight in my body was killing me and I could not breathe. I had a fever as well. Doctor McGraven would not send off any urine. Any bloodwork or do an x-ray. He would not check on the baby by fetal heart tones or by ultrasound. Nurses were great for my hubs. But I have to ask why you would serve a fatty meal to someone who just had their gallbladder out? The salad bar at lunch was closed & theres only vending machine food.
