This visit was my second time to Riverview this year. In June I was there for the stomach flu and this time for surgery on my right butt check. Both times I was treated with the up most respect. The doctor and surgeon were very nice. I had a lot of contact with the nurses and technicians on the 5 th floor were in my opinion are top notch, professional courteous. I would recommend Riverview to anyone who needs help.
The action by well trained and friendly staff makes the hospital visit a pleasure. Everyone did a great and friendly job. Thanks!!!!
Dr Fernandez and his staff were excellent. Everyone was nice and informative. Dr Fernandez took the time to explain the results of both procedures and answered all our questions.
I had an endoscopy done, once I got past the miserable outpatient registrar everything was perfect. The heavy set lady checking me in needs an attitude adjustment, telling me I have a $390 copay a few hours before procedure, I told her I didn't have it she proceeded to tell me they would have to cancel my procedure. My Dr ordered this as an urgent procedure due to a very large hernia and I need surgery The registrar told me this is an elective procedure....Does she usually make all the corporate decisions for the hospital?
