Terrible pharmacy. They are rude to customers on the phone, and they insist you set a time to pick up your medications, and then when you arrive for your "appointment" they have no idea who you are and nothing is prepared for you.
For this month I would give them in rating them very poorly they use to be very good when me & my mom use to always recieve our medicine but today when I called they said that they have not received anything in having to put in all the information again into the computer in having you hold on in not calling in letting people know when they are coming to the point that they are falling behide in not doing very good buisness in the point in people not receiving their medication in calling their doctor gets alot of complaits in... read more
Delivers every single medication, even controlled substances. They'll let you know all the medications you need for the month. Walgreens never covered my vitamins or even would mention them.
This pharmacy used to be OUTSTANDING, and when I say outstanding, I mean they went above and beyond to do anything they could to make sure that I was comfortable and healthy, well-served and treated fairly. But as of late, they are rude, and seemingly annoyed. I try to be as nice as possible, hoping to get the same in return, but instead I just get hung up on over and over and over again. The Riverview staff is wonderful and very helpful however the delivery drivers can barely speak English and often deliver my medications to the wrong address. Another weekend without my medications.
