There was dishonesty from manager Trish during move-out, poor communication, and zero accountability. I was charged after move-out for something I was clearly told wouldn’t be an issue — and it wasn’t even listed on the signed inspection. I sent multiple messages and formal complaints to admin. I had a problem with my refrigerator and was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the new management lady (I don't remember her name) resolved the issue. The repairman, Benjie, who came to fix it was incredibly prompt, clear, and courteous. He explained everything clearly and resolved the issue immediately. I really appreciate the excellent service
