I had a problem with my refrigerator and was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the new management lady (I don't remember her name) resolved the issue. The repairman, Benjie, who came to fix it was incredibly prompt, clear, and courteous. He explained everything clearly and resolved the issue immediately. I really appreciate the excellent service
We have lived in building 2000 since October and Trish has been amazing. She deals with issues immediately. We are very happy to be here

Trish was an absolute nightmare. If management was different, we definitely would have been long time renters. But the harassment from Trish was horrendous, to the point of almost calling police. Trish lies to cover her incompetence. It was by far, the worst experience to rent with her as property manager. Stay away if you can. Getting our damage deposit back was a nightmare.
