Called to have them come look at my furnace. Left a voicemail never called back had to call them back to see what’s up person told me she sent it to a tech and they should be there in the next two days. Never showed up and had to call a different company to have them come out and look at it

I call to have them clean my furnace a few years ago. They came out and ended up telling me they couldn't clean my furnace because it was one that couldn't be cleaned. But charged me to put a new part on it. My furnace was running just fine it needed no new parts. One year later Riverside called and said it was time to clean my furnace again. I told them what I was told by their 2 techs, she asked me if I would let the owner come look at the furnace, he came over looked at it and said I paid for a cleaning I didn't get. So t... read more
