Comfortable room, friendly front staff, but... The management, what are you on? Laundry... Serious issues yet such a basic service to provide. 1. Laundry is self service and uses coins, yet, the desk won't give you coins unless you have cash, where's the cash? 20min walk to an ATM. We'll that's pretty stupid?! Surely you could either provide card readers or allow guests to get coins with a card to use your own washing machines instead of forcing them to walk into the city to an ATM. Tidy, quiet hotel within easy walking distance to the city, including RAC arena. We stayed there for a week and only had our sheets changed once - after the second night, which we also thought was strange timing. Our room was missing a bit of what I'd class as standard items, including a hand towel for the bathroom, and tissues, but overall we got what we paid for.
