I’ve spent $650 on this hotel and had to do a deposit of $100. After I finished my time at the hotel they said I would get the money back it’s now been three days they paid my deposit but also took it back I called the hotel and they said they sent it but they didn’t I have proof and I treated the place with respect and I still haven’t got my deposit back I wouldn’t recommend if you want something to enjoy. NOT GOOD CAN DO BETTER.
They had refunded the deposit we paid and then took the deposit back straight after, then when I called them, they had said to call the bank, which didn’t help as they took it. Refused to give it back. Definitly did not mess, dirty, break or damage anything in the room whatsoever so their was no reason at all to take this? No support whatsoever over the phone, they simply didn’t not care. Besides this, the location was good but we did find a few issues with bedbugs which we only noticed on day 3 when we were leaving. Stayed here for 5 nights. Location is decent, the CBD and botanic gardens are walking distance away and there are buses nearby. The room was nice enough, pretty spacious and clean on arrival. However, they did not clean my room once while staying there (besides replacing some towels). I am not sure if you needed to ask for that or if it was extra, this was not made clear. A pochi passi da tutto, piccolo grazioso hotel che offre camere confortevoli che sono in realtà dei mini appartamenti dotati di cucina, balcone, bagno. Prezzo conveniente.
Great hotel with very well equipped and comfortable room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only minor drawback was my room was right at the end of a corridor at the very back of the hotel, which meant the WiFi was patchy.
