Not a safe place for your loved ones. Ineffective in diagnosing, plays politics over effective treatment. And office staff are beyond wretched. Avoid like the plague they are.
Canada health care is terrible, there is a 3 month wait period to see Dr Basu. This wait time was better than the 2 year option I was given. Nobody should have to wait this long in a first world country. Then I receive a call that Dr Basu "HAS AGREED TO SEE YOU". Seriously am i to be privileged when the doctor will be the one getting paid through my tax dollars. without patients she would have no income. Dr. Sagarika Basu was so helpful and comforting. Wait time was never more than 10 minutes. Everyone was very professional and kind.
