Dr. Sagarika Basu was so helpful and comforting. Wait time was never more than 10 minutes. Everyone was very professional and kind.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. Dr Rose Janes is phenomenal, she’s compassionate, informative and thorough which is something I had been lacking with my previous doctors. The entire administrative team is great too - very friendly, accommodating and genuine. My OB is also there, Dr Rollings-Scattergood and she has also been fantastic, thorough and informative. I can’t thank the entire team there for their wonderful service they’ve provided to myself and my family.

I’m very disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Rollings-Scattergood. Throughout my experience, I felt that my concerns were consistently dismissed and not taken seriously. There was a significant amount of misinformation provided, and I often left appointments feeling unheard and unsupported.
