I would not recommend Dr. Rollings- Scattergood to any woman who wants to feel heard and validated with their health. Personally I think she has a few things to learn from her student doctor. He was lovely but the second rollings-scattergood walked in the room she had a horrible attitude and was trying to push birth control on me instead of listening to the actual issue. Dr. Rollings Scattergood is the most invalidating, cold, and dismissive doctor I have ever met. I left my appointment in tears. When I told Dr. Rollings Scattergood that my mother had endometriosis and had excision surgery at my age, and that I was experiencing the same symptoms she had and more, she completely brushed me off. She told me it was very unlikely I could have endometriosis, despite not actually doing any testing, meaningful inquiries, or assessment to determine that. I left this same review for Trailside Medical Centre but I wanted to leave a review for the specific clinic I went to due to the negative interaction I had with the receptionist. I visited the medical centre yesterday morning for an IUD removal with Dr. Rollings-Scattergood, and I was extremely happy with the care I received from her. Something is truly wrong when someone calls in for help, as hard as that is, with a mental health crisis and are asked to wait the weekend for a response. Appts are rushed through and proper care has not been taken!!!! (Dr Williams)
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at my OB-GYN clinic. I was running about 12 minutes late for my appointment, but I made sure to call ahead and inform them.
