I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at my OB-GYN clinic. I was running about 12 minutes late for my appointment, but I made sure to call ahead and inform them. During the call, I was told I needed to arrive by 11:45 for my 11:40 appointment, which I did my best to meet despite being stuck in unexpected traffic. Dr. Reilly created a calm and comfortable environment during my appointment . He took the time to explain my options and helped me see that what felt overwhelming is actually very treatable. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident moving forward. The office staff were warm and welcoming, and the wait time was very reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m grateful for the care I received.
I had to recently leave that office because I felt like I was being thought of a person with shes always sick attitude.....I complained to dr badard for a year because I fell in a hospital ....wet floor ...there were no posts or signs indicating wet floor .....I hurt my shoulder and knee on my right side....for one year I heard its your job , your old and now you are brainwashing yourself into thinking this ....I wanted a test done .....she obviously could not read the test results and two weeks after that I was lucky to get... read more
I had dr.G badard as a doctor ...for anyone who doesn't know her she's a young doctor ....in ONE of my experiences for nearly a year I was complaining about a sore shoulder and knee due to a fall because someone didn't soak up the bathroom floor in a hospital ....for 1 year I would go in and complain how horrible my nights were....and she would repeat......you are old and your job has done something to your joints and you have arthritis.....thank God she wasn't there one day and I got in to see someone else who got me tests ... read more
Not a safe place for your loved ones. Ineffective in diagnosing, plays politics over effective treatment. And office staff are beyond wretched. Avoid like the plague they are.
