I ask them how long until a walk in can see the doctor, cause i would go to another office to get in quicker as i was time limited. They told me they can take me in ASAP and put me in one of the rooms but didnt tell me id have to sit in that room for 1.5 to 2 hours. Absolutely unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve taken my toddler here twice, and both times were frustrating and concerning. The doctor misdiagnosed my child and prescribed completely inappropriate treatments that had NOTHING to do with what she had. The first time, my toddler had a rash around her mouth, and he prescribed an eye cream. The second time, she had molluscum contagiosum, and he gave us something entirely unrelated to the condition. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I brought my 17-month-old daughter in to have a rash looked at. While the receptionist was very kind and welcoming, I was disappointed with the level of care we received from the doctor. It was clear that he did not have pediatric expertise — he barely examined the rash, said it was nothing to worry about, and prescribed a steroid cream. I call to book and I always get canceled. Then I go to get my mouth checked to see that the doctor ditches me to go talk to other people I am get up with this place
