Miss Kathy is fantastic.
Not only do we have a place out here, but we enjoy. The locale and the neighbors are friendly. The managers are a delight and we worry not about theft or drugs for it's a very nice place to establish a home and a family.
The manager Kathy is absolutely amazing ! She is brutally honest and just an amazing kind person. There are people who should not be living there but that's beyond her control. It is a very quiet place.
