The staff are fantastic, great customer service and l have such a beautiful view of the bridge and amazing location, love the fact that l am not too far from a bus stop. 😀 I would recommend the River Manor location to my friends anyday!
Within 4 years of living here, I’ve encountered COCKROACHES, swarms of pigeon, uncleanly elevators, and maintenance people that you physically have to track down yourself in person to get your basic needs met. Car window was broken while paying $60 a month for parking- no security. I couldn’t file a police report because Boardwalk refused to give me the footage ( my car was directly in front of the camera… convenient ) There’s no electricity in most bathrooms, One of the bathrooms the light has to be on for electricity, bath... read more
I moved in July. The person I was dealing with for months moved unexpectedly. Nobody replaced him until a month later. During this one month period there has been NO sense of order. Maintenance calls are handled unprofessionally, the building is dirty at times including dog pee in the elevator and there is no security present to oversee the day to day events. On the other hand, the other buildings appear to have all of these things. So if you choose to stay at Riverview, accept that you are staying at the bottom of the pile.... read more

I've lived here four years, and it has been nothing but a headache. My car has been vandalized twice, in the parking lot that costs $60 a month. Building construction has been ongoing for nearly 3 months, with heavy machinery noise between 8 am and 6 pm, up to 6 days a week, and multiple units have been unable to even use their balconies. Management is never present on site, is administered through a neighboring building. If you call security it takes them 45 minutes to show up.
