Pritika was very help full in getting things done and ready, it was wonderful experience
I've lived here four years, and it has been nothing but a headache. My car has been vandalized twice, in the parking lot that costs $60 a month. Building construction has been ongoing for nearly 3 months, with heavy machinery noise between 8 am and 6 pm, up to 6 days a week, and multiple units have been unable to even use their balconies. Management is never present on site, is administered through a neighboring building. If you call security it takes them 45 minutes to show up. Hello, this is disgusting, our balcony is still closed, the rent is getting higher and the conditions are getting worse, for several weeks there was a terrible sound of repairs which still gives me a headache, I do not recommend it to anyone!
Great property management, always looks after my concerns. Clean building and nice staff. Shout out to Josh Custodio especially, who always does a great job tending to any problems or concerns that I have while living here.
