I moved in July. The person I was dealing with for months moved unexpectedly. Nobody replaced him until a month later. During this one month period there has been NO sense of order. Maintenance calls are handled unprofessionally, the building is dirty at times including dog pee in the elevator and there is no security present to oversee the day to day events. On the other hand, the other buildings appear to have all of these things. So if you choose to stay at Riverview, accept that you are staying at the bottom of the pile.... read more

I've lived here four years, and it has been nothing but a headache. My car has been vandalized twice, in the parking lot that costs $60 a month. Building construction has been ongoing for nearly 3 months, with heavy machinery noise between 8 am and 6 pm, up to 6 days a week, and multiple units have been unable to even use their balconies. Management is never present on site, is administered through a neighboring building. If you call security it takes them 45 minutes to show up. Hello, this is disgusting, our balcony is still closed, the rent is getting higher and the conditions are getting worse, for several weeks there was a terrible sound of repairs which still gives me a headache, I do not recommend it to anyone!
