5 STARS!!!!! Riverview Maintenance ROCKS!Talk about superheroes! They saved the day for us when we discovered some serious issues while removing our old flooring. My wife and I decided to save some $$ by doing our own demo in advance of the installation of new flooring, but to our surprise while pulling up the existing linoleum we found termite damage in the laundry room! and on top of that we have water damage in the bathroom! Josh had done a dishwasher and light fixture installation for me in the past so when I wanted a shiplap wall in my entryway and an affordable board/batten design in my living room, I called him. Very professional and conscientious.
My company uses Riverview Maintenance to take care of the properties we manage and they are amazing! They take my calls anytime day or night, which means I can address my residents needs in a timely manner. Honestly I think they spoil us, I cant recall a time where any resident has had to wait more then 48 hours for a work order to be completed. They will always have my recommendation!
