This “company” uses extremely unprofessional and shady practices! Our OOP deductible is 2,000 dollars and due to incorrect billing-insurance filings we ended up with a bill for 5,000+ dollars which we repeatedly denied that we owed asking the insurance company and biller to reprocess the claim after that we didn’t hear anything for a couple of years when we hear from Riverview who we also told the situation but when they went to our insurance the claim was denied because it had been too long and so they took this to court wh... read more

They are a bunch of clowns. They act like they are above the law and are just not lovely people to deal with . they make it sound like because you got behind on bills if something goes to collections that you are some kind of criminal. Sorry for being sick and unhealthy to cause the medical debt. which I am doing what I can to pay. It's not like I can present thousands of dollars out of thin air.

I actually used to work at a debt collection law firm, so I understand how they work to an extent and their procedures. I called them back to set up a payment plan for my debt. I’m a recent college grad not making much money, and the holidays are coming up as well as some birthdays, but i’ll be moving in a few months and paying less rent, so i’ll have a lot more money each month.
