I actually used to work at a debt collection law firm, so I understand how they work to an extent and their procedures. I called them back to set up a payment plan for my debt. I actually called yesterday but couldn’t ask my questions because of the environment I was in, so I decided to call back today. Kate was rude and acted like I should already know—if I did, I wouldn’t have called.

Wow... I didn't know you could have a rating so low, at least I've never seen one... I've had them talk 2 the VA for this and they still continue 2 harass me constantly.. well guys here is another One star to add to your extensive collection.. I'm outta here..

received a court order out of no where for a debt they took on they should not of since i was paying on it
