What a great place. My wife happened upon the place during a rafting trip at Shotgun Eddies. Tubing trips are available basically across the street near the bar and grill. Mike and Ed (owner/operator) are really nice guys. The river view is beautiful. The property is clean and well kept. The dogs and cat are very sweet. We are already planning to return. 2nd time back. Improvements to the property are awesome!!. They added pea gravel to the fire pit area and white lights in the trees surrounding the area. The owners made sure we had a good fire going when they noticed us attempting to make a good fire. Two cool "porch swings" added and a screen tent around a picnic table. Rooms are just a little rustic. the view of the river is the key! The new owner updated the property and we were very comfortable with our stay. Our room had stainless steel appliances: mini frig/freezer, microwave, Keurig Coffee Pot with a selection of pods, Peloris standing fan, new windows & outside door and a great tv. The bedding & sheets were very nice. We also had a desk with a chair & loveseat, queen bed in our room. The owner provided nutrigrain bars, granola bars, instant oatmeal, gallon of drinking water, Sunny Delight beverage & microwave popcorn. The back porch overlooked the ... read more
