Wonderful experience thanks to Kevin! We came by 15 minutes before closing on a holiday weekend and Kevin was nice enough to stay late with us and show us some homes. He was upfront about pricing and features and answered all our questions. We were sent home with tons of information.

We have had a great experience in this home buying process from start to finish! Jay was our salesman and he’s just wonderful! Debby was our loan specialist and she was very kind and helpful also! They were both always just a phone call or email away when we needed any questions answered or needed anything at all! We are very pleased and we just love and adore our beautiful home! I definitely recommend using Riverview for your next home! 😍🥰.
Helpful to an extent. They expect you to grab the paperwork on the home that you look at. They don't give prices you have to go to them and show them the paperwork that you liked. Then they give you a price that makes you want to run out of there business. Say I'm going somewhere else.
When we decided to go through riverview to build/purchase our first home, we were told the process was going to be simple and faster. Instead, we were baited in with false information. We were planning to do this and were financially ready to do so. In the beginning, I was very clear on our situation. I had talked to many banks etc. before and was prepared.
