Love it. Great facility, friendly excellent staff, and class offerings.
Great place to workout, working toward becoming healthy, and if you need therapy; the PTs are wonderful!
The ohysical therapists were amazing and gave me a lot if relief but couldn't fix me....they were instrumental in helping me get some quality of life back but a few months later when two discs ruptured it was out if thier hands but would ho there again in a New York minute!
