They do not return phone calls. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get my prescription. due to them not sending in a prior authorization form. Pharmacy has tried reaching out to them multiple times too.
The Best From Start to Finish
Extremely disappointed with this urology office. Phone calls are not returned, even when the patient is in severe pain. A surgery was scheduled by the doctor without ever meeting the patient beforehand, which is unacceptable. My mother called multiple times trying to get help and never received a response. Her pain became so severe that she had to go to the ER, and still there was no follow-up or communication from the doctor or staff. Lack of communication, lack of compassion, and poor patient care.
