Extremely disappointed with this urology office. Phone calls are not returned, even when the patient is in severe pain. A surgery was scheduled by the doctor without ever meeting the patient beforehand, which is unacceptable. My mother called multiple times trying to get help and never received a response. Her pain became so severe that she had to go to the ER, and still there was no follow-up or communication from the doctor or staff. Lack of communication, lack of compassion, and poor patient care. They do not answer the phone, called at 8am, when the office is supposedly to be open, and it's always sent to voicemail. No one ever answers the phone.

Wife went for evaluation and test. Never called to give test results after a week and a half. Called office to get results and no return phone call. Went to office to talk dr and was told to wait another 4 days till dr returned. So waiting over two weeks without any interest in treating issue or speaking to her. Front office staff and nurse showed no care for patient when asking for help. .
