THE ABSOLUTE WORST - office staff are rude and inconsiderate. You either get a busy signal when you dial (for real?) or a pre-recorded message. The office hours are 9:00 am - i've been calling for the past 22 minutes and still no live caller. Try getting an appointment in the next two weeks? Good luck - they book almost a month out. I would have given it half a star if given the opportunity.
