I live in this community. It is an older community with great people living and working here. Its quiet, great location for my work, and in a great neighborhood right on the river. The lot rent is reasonable and manager lives on site. I know about everyone in this park too. Some people just aren't happy no matter what so they leave bad reviews. I just went to this park to look for a decent priced home to buy. The manager showed me a few homes, some ready to move into, some that needed some TLC. Very nice and helpful manager. Its an quiet older park. Clean. Lawns cut. Close to MSU, downtown and shopping. Bus system runs in front of park. I liked the river across the street with the new boardwalk along the length of river. Saw a huge Mississippi paddle boat go by as I was checking things out. A state park nearby too. I liked what I saw.
