Update .. I said before my price for electricity.fluctuated.. power company came out and said we are hooked to neighbors electricity.. so what we been charged for was not real we should have been paying neighbor. I am very dis-pleased and jaded with property manager One thing I can say is it is a very Quiet place, which is very nice. Loved living there, nice and quiet tucked away spot where everyone seemed to get along. Great place for my little ones where else could you allow them to draw a mile long hop scotch line and not worry about them
I've lived here at the Riverview Mobile estates for almost 15yrs, I have absolutely loved it here. What sold me was the location close to schools bus picks and drops them off just out the exit of the park, elementary , jr high and high school so its most convenient! Shopping Target ,Home Depot and Walmart down the hill. It's always been nice peaceful not a lot of commotion being heard outside your home, which makes a difference being most trailer parks tend to have. A little bit country and a little bit city, I love the country environment, Roosters crowing, Doves cooing, Quail with there chicks, and for the first time in almost 2 years I have had the pleasure of seeing a few deer in our community. And the there is the view to the North East, it truly is spectacular in the Spring. The Park is in a great location, close to shopping and easy access to the freeways and other main artries.
