honestly i would never in my life want anyone to live in such a terrible place there’s so much rules that are incredibly stupid that park Manager has favorites. there are rules such as in this park you are not allowed to have any fences even with dogs the only exception is if you have a fence before the new owners bought this place they always mention fixing the road but they have never done that the roads are bad for low cars. the park manager let’s her kids do what ever they want in the park with no consequences i once saw... read more

Quite place
Lakeshore purchased this community in early 2019. they promised residents all new roads. the lot rent went from 500.00 to 675.00 as of 9/1/2023. We still have terrible roads as they never kept their promises—just the facts. Ride through here and destroy your vehicle's front end. At any speed.
