Have been working with the people here on an inner ear issue for the last few months. They are unorganized and rude. The only person who hasn't been in a bad mood was the lady that schedules the appointments for them I wish I knew her name because the is the only reason im giving 2 stars. The ladies at the front desk are rude and I heard them making fun of a patient during my last visit while I was signing in. Do not go here. For a medical office this was odd. The room they saw my daughter in had a toolbox holding medical supplies. Dr castellon came in for 10 seconds said surgery was needed and rushed us out the door. I didn’t get to ask any questions or even explain what was going on. Doctors make more money doing surgeries; he couldn’t even speak to my daughter and I’m supposed to trust that surgery is needed. Not happening. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been and I have worked for medical facilities before. They don't get control over the building is under construction, but they do get control over it their office being unclean. The staff behind the desk using bad language and being unprofessional (I will state only that I know what happened with another patient from a phone call she did not give any privacy), the equipment being held together with what appears to be duct tape. I Always have a wonderful visit with my Doctor. It is a fast visit everyone is very nice.
Fast in and out which is kind of nice and kind of aggravating - didn't get some of my questions answered. Felt like a push through, both times I was there I never saw the doctor for even five minutes, but they still charge the same!!
