Had a routine office visit with Dr. Castellon in May. He seemed nice enough and the appointment went okay. I paid my required co-pay of $100 per the insurance. Several weeks later I get a bill for $83.49, and see that the total of the additional billing was $185. I called the office and said this is a mistake. The lady said this amount goes toward the deductible. I called my insurance. They said the Dr charged $185 for an additional procedure. It was a Laryngoscopy. This place honestly even deserve a star. Upon reading multiple other reviews, I see I am not the only one with this opinion. I have NEVER written a bad review for a doctors office, but this is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been in. The front desk was gossiping and having side conversations the entire time I was standing at the window, to the point I asked multiple times if she was talking to me or if I was all set. It’s been years since I’ve been there because, as other reviews say, the appointment is ten seconds then you’re sent on your way. I was told I needed surgery after seeing me for ten seconds, I was so desperate I did it. Even the post surgery appointment was me going in and having the guaze yanked out from my sinuses and that was it. I have been worse than ever since I got that surgery and I really think they only pushed it on me because they knew my insurance would pay.
