I highly recommend Dr Jacob Ooi. He took his time and provided a thorough gastroscopy and colonoscopy for me. Following this procedure, he went out of his way to talk at length with me, without a $500 consultation fee. We developed a plan for the next steps for me to take to improve my health and well-being. As a young man who endured an unhealthy amount of unexplained appetite and weight loss, this meant the world to me. Thank you so much!
Had endoscopy/colonoscopy there yesterday. From the moment I walked in and received such a warm, smiley reception at the front desk everything just went seamlessly. Very kind, professional staff who knew their jobs and made everything stress-free. The very modern rooms (and food/beverage service afterwards!) are like being in a top hotel. Thankyou Lance and Niroshan - and ALL the wonderful team there - for making my experience so good. Highly recommended.
Had an investigating procedure done for the first time at this consulting centre and I have to say the care and the staff - impeccable! Nurses spoke so very kindly and quietly even to each other so very respectful. Right through to resting and receiving a cup of tea the staff lovely. Doctors kept you well informed. Thank you to all the staff I met.
