My review is true and accurate. Riverview is joke. I asked for an estimate for a full install of heating and air unit with duct work. The company responded quickly by sending over a company employee and said an estimate would be prepared and ready in a couple days but also informed us their AC guy was not available. Three weeks later and two unresponsive follow up calls to their business and msgs left to let us know about the estimate no calls returned.
