I had an issue with the Muskingum Branch and called into Belpre and spoke with Ryan the Branch Manager and he was able to fix the issue immediately. He apologized for the rudeness from the teller at Muskingum. He was very polite and professional. Thank you!!!
Great place to bank
A big thank you, to Lori in the loan department for making my borrowing a breeze. Lori, was so easy to work with, considerate with time frames and it was easy with her.
After 16 years of having all business and personal accounts, plus all mortgages and car loans, I have walked away. The institution is not what it once was. Via referrals of my employees I gave Riverview about 75 new accounts. We are all walking away. For years I felt like a valued member but with new leadership team we sadly became just another number.
