As always service was great. I really appreciate GM roadside that I received through my extra warranty on my car. I needed a battery, GM covered it. They also coveted my oil change and my up inspection. Everyone says, “don’t go to the dealership for repairs.” But I only go to Riverview when I need something for my car. They know me and I feel that I have never been overcharged for the quality of service I have received. Doesnt respond to requests for appointments. Bought a brand new chevy trail boss 2022 started having issues with it after 30K miles with the transmission , bought it in for service they denied it now at 55K miles having more issues I reach out for an appointment to the service manager and no one responds to schedule an appointment. I should have learned my lesson when they denied anything was wrong with my truck the first time. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation. I was greeted at the service Dept. by Darly with a smile and a hello by name. I added a few things for Daryl to check for me since the Vehicle was there. When I was ready and the service completed , Darly said my breaks were fine and I was puzzled because I had had troubles stopping in reverse going down my driveway. As soon as I mentioned that to Darly he immediately knew what the problem was and ordered the parts for me, he said it was safe and it only happens at very low speeds ... read more
